This badge is a great way to recognise young people (both Scouts and non-Scouts) taking part in our activities at home.
For current volunteers, this is intended to make your life easier, giving you a potential way to structure an online programme or simply to encourage families to do on their own.
It’s the first time we’ve offered a badge for non-members, and is part of our effort to give families things to do at home during the crisis. You’ll know that young people’s learning has been severely disrupted, and this badge will help to recognise their achievements in these challenging times.
Members can proudly display this badge on the top left of their uniform in the occasional section, while non-members could showcase this on one of our blankets.
Buy badge 2 of The Great Indoors Occasional Badge to reward your young people for practising the skills they learned for badge 1. They should feel really proud of themselves!
As part of our effort to give families things to do at home during the crisis, we’re offering this badge for non-members too.
Taking part is a way of keeping young people learning safely and belonging to something bigger. All the requirements to achieve the badge are specific to developing skills for life while under COVID-19 related restrictions.
Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of your items and are added to your total order at the shipping stage.
