If the confirmation message hasn't arrived within a few hours (it usually only takes a couple of minutes) it suggests that the mail has been subject to junk mail filtering or the address wasn't correct. First check your "spam" folder. Next try again using a different mail account if possible. Reminder: an email address may only contain one @ sign, no spaces and no punctuation other than full-stops.
Every newsletter we send will include an "unsubscribe" link or you can unsubscribe using the link below. We are keen to limit our mailings to those who want them and will remove your name from future mailings immediately upon request. Please take great care entering your email address, any error and we'll not know which address to remove.
Unsubscribe or change of address
Note that this will unsubscribe you from ALL lists. If you only want to unsubscribe from one list but keep another, re-subscribe just to the one you want.
If you want to change the mail address we are using to send you our newsletter please unsubscribe the old address and then subscribe using the new one.
