If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item(s) received, or would like to return them for other reasons, please advise us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by following the instructions detailed below. If you you have any difficulties with these instructions please contact us by e-mail or telephone. Please do not return items without EITHER enclosing a form or contacting us.

A. If the item(s) are being returned due to faulty workmanship or our error in supplying the incorrect item(s) - Please despatch them by standard class post. If replacement item(s) are not being supplied we will on receipt, providing the item(s) are still in saleable condition, reinburse you for the original full cost plus the return postage by same method by which payment was originally made. If replacement items are being sent we will reinburse you for return postage by same method by which payment was originally made.

B. If the item(s) are being returned because they have been incorrectly selected by you and no replacement is required - Please despatch the item(s) by standard class post. On receipt, providing the item(s) are still in saleable condition we will reimburse you by for the original full cost of the items by same method by which payment was originally made.

C. If the item(s) are being returned because they have been incorrectly selected by you and replacement is required. - Please despatch the item(s) by standard or first class post depending upon the urgency for you in obtaining replacement(s). The charge for forwarding replacement items to you is indicated below. Please follow the link shown to the Return Postage Charges section of the site. Select the appropriate item and proceed from there to check out to make payment for the replacment goods. On receipt of the unwanted items, providing the they are still in saleable condition, we will despatch replacements by the postage method selected by you.
